The other day I had the opportunity to help throw a birthday party for a friend of mine, Teresa. She has such a big heart, it was nice to give her a special treat. Teresa spends so much time every day going beyond her job to help charities with their events. So this was a great way to recognize her. She invited a few of her friends and we had great food and wine! Here is a list of the wines we had and pictures of some of the food. On the menu was Spinach Salad, Korean Beef Lettuce Wraps, Beef Empanadas, Salmon Dip, Thai Chicken Bites, Broccoli & Quinoa bites and of course cake. Chocolate Fudge Cake with Espresso Buttercream & Ganache and dark chocolate shavings on top, Vanilla Cake with Raspberry White Chocolate filling vanilla frosting and white chocolate shavings on top.
