IMG_0442So in this post I want to talk about some of the best wine for those cold winter nights.  We prefer Cabernet Sauvignon at our house but a good Zinfandel, Merlot or Shiraz can warm you up also.  Here are a couple we have had the last few weeks.

2012 Charles and Charles Red (Cabernet/Shiraz blend) Washington paired with Cajun Jambalya

2006 Fleming Jenkins Madden Ranch Syrah,California (from our cellar) we paired this with Grilled BBQ Crab Legs

2010 Hoopla ‘The Mutt’ Red (Cabernet/Merlot) California paired with Filet Mignon

I am a newbie to this web stuff, so far disappointed in the wp tutorial. I got wp thru my webserver but no tutorial and wp101 cost more money. I have worked with WIX to create websites for about 2 years and it was very easy and user friendly just frustrating with them at times thought this would be higher quality. So if I can ever figure out how to use it we will see, my thoughts may change.
